A new sightseeing, hop on hop off bus service has started operating in Canberra.

The Canberra City Explorer runs daily, servicing 13 stops within the city and Parliamentary Triangle areas. Visitors can take a full tour and experience the celebrated scenery, landmarks and attractions aboard the open-top double decker bus, or hop on and off at the attractions of their choice. 24 hour and 48 hour tickets are available, allowing visitors the freedom to plan their own itinerary and visit the landmarks and attractions at their desired pace.

Tickets can be purchased from the Canberra and Region Visitors Centre or on the bus. Brochures will be distributed in the coming weeks, or are available from the Canberra and Region Visitors Centre.

Please note the existing Canberra Explorer Bus (run by Canberra Day Tours) is no longer operating.

A reminder that the ACTION C100 bus is also no longer operating a free loop service. Please dispose of all timetables and brochures. Details of ACTION’s tourist services are available on their website.
