<p><em>The Life of Patrick White</em> exhibition marks 100 years since the birth of Australia’s Nobel Laureate in Literature. The exhibition is drawn from the Library’s collection of White’s papers, including letters, notebooks and papers, as well as collections from the Art Gallery of NSW and the State Library of NSW. Free exhibition, open daily 10am – 5pm.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The entire Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) database will be translated into Chinese language, delivering a true competitive advantage to the Australian tourism industry.</p>
<p><span id="more-1559"></span>Leveraging ATDW’s proven content and distribution platform, the Minister for Tourism, Martin Ferguson, has announced a $1million Federal Government project to translate the entire database consisting of over 26,000 Australian products and experiences to simplified and traditional Chinese.</p>
<p>The Australian Government’s Tourism Online Project will create a ground-breaking opportunity for tourism operators by making thousands of Australia’s quality tourism products available in local languages for the Chinese consumer.</p>
<p>The translated content will be available across ATDW’s extensive distribution network spanning over 150 digital channels, including state and regional tourism organisations, large commercial and niche publishers as well as mobile applications.</p>

There are changes to questions across most categories, so it is essential that you download the latest documentation for your category.</p>
<p>In 2012 a new program, the visitor experience survey, will be implemented in place of the mystery shopper program. The program will capture feedback from real visitors to Canberra, with visitors to entrants in relevant categories able to opt-in to provide feedback about their experience. <a href="http://canberratourismawards.com.au/visitor-experience-survey/ " target="_blank" class="ext-link">Read more about the process here</a>.</p>

A variety of gourmet delights are available for purchase, as well as tastings and purchase of the Capital Wines range. Open 7 days, 10am-5pm.</p>
<p><strong>Robyn Rowe chocolates</strong></p>
<p><a href="http://visitcanberra.com.au/Things-to-do-and-see/Things-to-do-Search-Results/Business-Details-Page.aspx?ID=9004468&amp;Title=robyn+rowe+chocolates " target="_blank" class="ext-link">Robyn Rowe chocolates</a> is open at Nanima Road, Murrumbateman. The chocolates are handcrafted onsite, using traditional European methods and filled with fresh local produce, including the locally grown Clonakilla muscat.</p>
<p>The Chocolat D’Or is open Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays between 10am and 5pm and Sundays between 12 noon and 5pm.</p>
