VisitCanberra and National Capital Attractions Association launched Tourism Reboot in early 2021 - a free-of-charge growth and development program to support Canberra’s tourism, hospitality and events industry.
Tourism Reboot has been designed to rebuild capability in the areas of marketing, product/experience development, and tourism distribution. More than just 'how to' learning, the Program aims to give you lightbulb moments; have you feeling inspired; and provide you with a clear path to rebuild, grow and market your business in 2021 and beyond.
Facilitated by Australian tourism experts, the Program consisted of eight learning modules delivered over several months through practical workshops and online webinars. The modules are now available online and can be accessed by clicking Tourism Reboot Resources Hub below.
• The role of your website
• Internet search insights and optimising Google
• Role of online travel agents
