The world’s largest travel site, TripAdvisor, has named Australia’s top 25 hotels in their annual Traveller’s Choice Awards, with Canberra’s East Hotel ranking sixth in the list.
The Traveller’s Choice Awards are based on millions of reviews and opinions collected by travellers over the past year.
It is the second consecutive year that East Hotel has been included in this list, after ranking 18th last year.
The Pinetrees Lodge on Lord Howe Island was named the top hotel in Australia, followed by Ovolo Woolloomooloo in New South Wales, and the Park Hyatt Sydney in third spot.
