The Canberra District Wine Region is celebrating the new 2017 vintage with an exciting program of events from 31 March – 9 April.
The Canberra District Wine Week’s 10-day program commences with a launch event in New Acton on Saturday 1 April, and also includes wine tastings, food matchings, wine blending, grape stomping, winemaker’s dinners and long lunches.
The celebration will conclude at participating cellar doors with the annual Harvest Festival on the weekend of 8-9 April, where you can meet some of the makers of the Canberra District’s nationally and internationally recognised wines at their own cellar doors, enjoy guided tours of vineyards, and taste the latest wines from a region renowned for its diversity of geography and variety.
