Venues that are interested in participating in the 2017 Truffle Festival – Canberra Region are invited to attend the Truffle Festival briefing on Wednesday 22 March.
The briefing will provide an overview of what is planned for the 2017 festival, advise how interested venues can get involved and encourage collaboration to develop Black Winter Truffle events.
Held annually in June – August, the Truffle Festival – Canberra Region is a collection of individual events held across the region, highlighting the rare Black Winter Truffle.
David Barker, VisitCanberra’s Industry Development Manager, will inform participants about how they can promote products and events through VisitCanberra’s distribution channels, including the VisitCanberra website www.visitcanberra.com.au and the new Canberra Region Visitor Centre at Regatta Point.
