ATEC has developed an online Health and Safety Checklist to make the collection and storage of supplier health and safety information for European travel wholesalers and Inbound Tour Operators (ITOs) more efficient.
European Union legislation requires European travel wholesalers to ensure that all sellers participating in their travel programs have implemented satisfactory health and safety standards. Currently health and safety information collection is paper based, time consuming and inefficient due to the need to replicate the same request multiple times for different wholesalers.
ATEC’s online Health and Safety Checklist is an essential solution for Australian travel sellers working with the European, UK and US markets. It provides an online centralised platform for health and safety information which is requested by ITOs on behalf of their international wholesale clients.
The key benefits for sellers are:
- Complete the Health & Safety Checklist online once – which can then be viewed by buyers at any time;
- Opportunity to update the Checklist information online at any time throughout the year;
- Opportunity to use your Checklist responses for other health & safety requests from other sources e.g. when quoting for other domestic business; and
- Ease of filing and retrieving completed Checklist electronically.
