  • Registrations open for 2018 Destination Canberra Conference
POSTED October 20, 2017
CATEGORIES Events, Industry, Workshops,

As modern day marketing professionals in the tourism industry, customer centricity is likely to sit at the centre of your organisation’s values and service delivery. From a marketing standpoint, to be customer centric means to prioritise a customer’s specific needs above everything else. Specifically know who your customers are; observe them with objectivity, understand their needs, and develop experiences across your products and services to deliver on these needs.

Join us at the 2018 Destination Canberra Conference to hear thought-provoking and practical insights from leaders in the industry, and learn what ‘Customer-Centricity’ is, and how you can implement it in your business.

The third annual Destination Canberra Conference will be held at QT Canberra on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 February 2018.

A line up of inspirational speakers have been confirmed for the first day of the conference. Presentations will focus on the conference theme, ‘Customer-Centricity’.

The second day of the conference will include a selection of practical plenary-sessions, which will expand on learnings from the first day and provide attendees with practical concepts that can be applied to their businesses.

Discounted early bird tickets are available until Thursday 30 November.

Register your attendance at the 2018 Destination Canberra Conference.

Please contact tourism.industry@act.gov.au if you have any questions.
