  • VisitCanberra to host a front of house employee industry famil
POSTED November 8, 2017
CATEGORIES Industry,

VisitCanberra will be hosting a front of house employee industry famil on Wednesday 22 November, from 8.30am – 1pm.

The famil is part of a customer service initiative aimed to upskill front of house employees in the accommodation and attractions sector. It provides employees with a valuable opportunity to experience attractions, exhibitions and events and enhance their knowledge of tourism products in the Canberra region.

Famil attendees will visit three tourism attractions, including the National Zoo and Aquarium, National Library of Australia, the Canberra and Region Visitors Centre and will also enjoy a one-hour MV Southern Cross Cruise on Lake Burley Griffin (note – itinerary may be subject to change).

Email tourism.industry@act.gov.au to register interest for your front of house employees to attend this famil. Registrations close 5pm Wednesday 15 November 2017. Please note there are limited places available.
