VisitCanberra, along with Canberra and Region industry partners, attended ATEC Meeting Place in Perth from 20-22 November. Hosted by the Australian Tourism Export Council (ATEC), Meeting Place is an annual business-to-business gathering for Australia’s tourism export industry.
The three day program provided an opportunity for Canberra’s tourism industry to connect with Inbound Tour Operators (ITOs) during a series of business-to-business workshops, networking events and conference sessions. ITOs are key partners in the promotion and distribution of tourism products and services to international wholesalers and agents.
