On Australia Day, sit back and relax as the perfect live soundtrack fills the air at Regatta Point. Justice Crew will headline the Australia Day in the Capital concert with their legendary moves and epic beats. Crowd favourites Tuchasoul and Jess & Matt will also take to the stage, showcasing their stunning vocals and much loved lyrical style.
If a picnic setting is what you’re after, bring family and friends to Patrick White Lawns, where there will be plenty of entertainment for children on offer. Kids can challenge themselves with an obstacle course, get an adrenaline rush on a giant slide, live out fairy tales with face paint and bounce their way through Australia Day on jumping castles.
End the day by enjoying the Australia Day Fireworks Spectacular on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin. Be sure to get there early to enjoy the entertainment and great atmosphere. From 9pm the sky above Lake Burley Griffin will come to life with a dazzling fireworks display set to a truly Aussie soundtrack. The best vantage points are Regatta Point and Patrick White Lawns.
