VisitCanberra and the Canberra Airport Group have been working in collaboration to promote Canberra to the many international visitors arriving at the Canberra International Airport.
Last week a large (10 metres x 2.5 metres) image was installed in the international arrivals hall. The image and the reference to the recent Lonely Planet announcements provide visitors with a great sense of arrival and anticipation of what Canberra has to offer.
The installation is also timely with the commencement of Qatar Airways flights from Monday 12 February.
