This year the National Dinosaur is celebrating 25 years. The museum first opened its doors on the 7 April 1993, only five months before the premiere of the first Jurassic Park film! To celebrate the museum’s birthday, the museum will be hosting some exciting events throughout the year.
The weekend of 7-8 April will see the main celebration at the museum. All children’s admission will be free of charge this weekend. There will be a host of activities the whole family will enjoy, promotions, giveaways, and special opening hours for the museum. All activities will be included with general admission and will include access to our guided-tours, which will be running all weekend.
