Women’s fashion retailer birdsnest have brought a pop-up store to The Canberra Centre.
Birdsnest is located on level 1 and is set to stay until December 2018. Being a predominately online business based out of Cooma, New South Wales, birdsnest now offers a physical in-store experience in Canberra, giving them the chance to connect with their Canberra-based customers in a new way, and an opportunity to introduce themselves to new ones.
Customers will have the opportunity to do an ‘in-store pick up’. The ‘in-store pick up’ allows customers to do the groundwork, ordering styles online from the comfort of their own home. These styles will then be waiting for them in the Canberra store at their desired time. This means that customers won’t be limited to just the stock that fits in the pop-up store, but rather the entire birdsnest offering that can be found with them online. To enhance this experience, customers can also create their own ‘style profile’ online and receive personalised style recommendations to help find their perfect style matches.
Located on level 1 of The Canberra Centre in shop CF09 next to David Jones and across from Country Road.
