VisitCanberra is offering international flight support for up to five Canberra tourism businesses to attend Tourism Australia’s upcoming Australia Marketplace South East Asia 2019. This includes return economy class airfares to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with Singapore Airlines for one delegate.
Australia Marketplace South East Asia (formerly known as Walkabout South East Asia) will take place from 30 September to 2 October 2019. It provides an opportunity to develop and establish business relationships with product planners and decision makers representing outbound travel from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
Canberra tourism businesses who are actively seeking to attract international visitors from these markets are strongly encouraged to attend.
Step 1: You must lodge an event application with Tourism Australia prior to close of business this Thursday 13 June. Visit the Australia Marketplace South East Asia 2019 website for event information and to start your application*.
Step 2: Please contact Nicole Turnbull to express interest in international flight support. This is limited to five Canberra tourism businesses and is subject to your event application being accepted by Tourism Australia. Please refer to Tourism Australia’s selection criteria when completing your application.
*Cancellation without financial penalty is available until Friday 12 July.
