GABS hottest 100 Aussie Craft Beers of 2019

Canberra’s reputation as a producer of award-winning craft beer has once again been recognised in the GABS Hottest 100 Aussie Craft Beers poll.

177,000 Australians voted for their favourite craft beers, which was announced in a countdown on Saturday 25 January.

BentSpoke Brewing Co.’s Crankshaft was yet again crowned third place winner and securing six positions in the list overall, while Capital Brewing Co secured four positions in the list.

Canberra brewed beers took out 10 places in the hottest 100 including:

Crankshaft, BentSpoke Brewing Co. – 3^rd
Barley Griffin, Bentspoke Brewing Co. – 12^th
Cluster 8, Bentspoke Brewing Co. – 17^th
Sprocket, Bentspoke Brewing Co. – 30^th
Coast Ale, Capital Brewing Co. –  53^rd
Red Nut, Bentspoke Brewing Co. –  55^th
Trail Pale Ale, Capital Brewing Co. –  67^th
How’s it Gosen, Bentspoke Brewing Co. –  73^rd
Big Drop Double, Capital Brewing Co. –  78^th
Evil Eye Red, Capital Brewing Co. –  83^rd
