VisitCanberra was back on the road last month participating in the Trailfinders Academy in Perth on Thursday 13 June.
Trailfinders are represented by an expansive network of well experienced travel consultants throughout the UK and Ireland who are experts in tailor-making itineraries worldwide, including specialists for Australia. VisitCanberra, collectively with Tourism Australia and our State and Territory Tourism Organisation counterparts, work together in partnership with Trailfinders to actively promote and sell Australia as a whole.
The Trailfinders Academy in Perth brought together all partners with 30 Trailfinders consultants across a three-day program of destination activities interspersed with classroom learning. The classroom learning provided VisitCanberra an opportunity to showcase the national capital by presenting Canberra’s story, the products and experiences on offer, our seasonality and the ease of adding Canberra to any Australian itinerary.
The UK remains a key market for VisitCanberra with continuing efforts to shine a light on the capital through training events such as the Trailfinders Academy.
