VisitCanberra has partnered with TripAdvisor on a major domestic marketing campaign. The marketing campaign aims to raise awareness of Canberra and its key experiences, and encourage visitation during the winter months. It will run until June 2018 targeting Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and regional NSW.
The campaign has a strong content focus, and includes a refresh to the Canberra Destination page, updated listings, galleries and article pages promoting One Good Thing After Another messaging, as well as digital banner advertising on TripAdvisor’s site. In addition, eight industry partners have joined the campaign, featured with banner advertising on the Canberra Destination page in April, May and June.
Top tips for your TripAdvisor Listing
In order to leverage the campaign, all industry are encouraged to have an up to date to Tripadvisor listing page. You can create a new listing or claim an existing listing. Once you have a listing, photos and videos are an important way to tell your story and bring your business to life. Here are some tips on how to add photos and videos, as well as some DOs and DONTs when it comes to photos (relating to hotels but can be used for all businesses).
