POSTED February 21, 2020
CATEGORIES Campaigns, Social media,

Coinciding with Valentines Day, approximately 50 local influencers were invited to take part in tourism experiences and show Canberra some love by sharing what they love about Canberra, with their loved ones, celebrating the parts of the city they love.

To date, 27 influencers have covered a breadth of experiences across Canberra’s tourism product offering, including arts and culture, family fun, food and wine, outdoor and adventure, and events. The cost of experiences selected by the influencers was subsidised by VisitCanberra and injected into the local economy.

Many used the weekend to post Instagram Stories content, and each has produced at least one Instagram Post with a total of 48 posts to date, with a strong ‘Holiday Here’ message accompanying each.

Across the posts to date is a total of 8024 likes and 615 comments.

Keep an eye out on VisitCanberra’s channels as we share our favourites over the coming weeks!
