  • Reminder: VisitCanberra and TripAdvisor Campaign Live
POSTED April 4, 2018
CATEGORIES Campaigns, Media, Social media,

As you would be aware, VisitCanberra has partnered with TripAdvisor on a major domestic marketing campaign. The marketing campaign aims to raise awareness of Canberra and its key experiences, and encourage visitation during the winter months. It is currently live and running until June 2018 targeting Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and regional NSW.

In order to leverage the campaign, all industry operators are encouraged to have an up to date to TripAdvisor listing page, which is free to do. You can create a new listing or claim an existing listing. Once you have a listing, it’s important to respond to reviews. Here are some tips on: how to remind guests to write reviews, responding to TripAdvisor reviews and the power of management responses.

It is not a requirement of the campaign, but if you have decided to sign up to Viator to make your experience or attraction bookable on the site, make sure you have loaded your product so you can also leverage the activity. Please contact Chloe Jenkins from Viator for further information if required: chjenkins@viator.com.
